1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 1/4 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
- Beat egg, milk and oil together in a bowl and set aside.
- Sift together flour and remaining ingredients. Add to egg mixture, mixing well.
- Drop by spoonfuls into greased electric skillet or griddle at 400 degrees. Brown each side.
- Serve warm with syrup and sour cream.
