On Saturday, I had my first Junior League commitment, a meet and greet luncheon for the new class. I had to take an appetizer, so I made
IGE's Greek Dip Platter. It is a delicious, quick, and easy recipe.
I left out the parsley and topped it with Zoe's Spice of Life instead. I ended up having tons left over and it was just as good the next day.
Saturday night, we celebrated the end of an era as three friends prepare to leave DC.
